Brent McCarthy Realtor in Chico, CA

Brent is absolutely the best in town! You can count on him to be there through the entire process going above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress free. When it comes to real estate there’s only one guy I would trust and it’s Brent!! Will definitely continue recommend him to every one I know

Brent is very professional and courteous to all our needs. I would recommend Brent to anyone who is in the market to purchase or sell their home, business and or property. Five stars plus!!

Working with Brent was easy. He explained everything as we went. As inspections, emails, and document signings came up, he was very communicative and reassured us that things were going well and these were ordinary steps in the process of selling a home. As first time sellers, he was excellent at being patient with my questions throughout the process. We liked that Brent is a low pressure person and allowed us to make decisions on the sale, while still guiding us when we needed it. It was a great balance. He had great advice, as far as advising what situations might arise with contingency, timelines, escrow, etc. Brent is VERY knowledgeable with the ins and out of real estate! We appreciated his guidance and even his life advice to us as a couple with future endeavors with real estate. Brent is a great realtor and was always as excited as we were for each step. He made us feel like we were his only clients when in reality he had other listings, clients, and deadlines to attend to. Thank you for a successful experience, Brent. We appreciate you!!
